Tony Rossetti, Owner/Operator
Born into a family of contractors, Tony has more than 20 years of construction experience. He worked for several large San Diego contractors—helping to build commercial projects including Symphony Tower and E Street Alley—and served as project manager for many large construction projects throughout San Diego County.

After seeing lack of skilled professional roofers in the residential sector, Tony formed TR Construction in 1994. He's a hands-on owner who takes pride in providing quality, professional services that allow homeowners to protect their biggest investment—their home.

Linda Sowadski, Office Manager
Tony's sister has worked side-by-side with her brother for more than 10 years, choosing to leave her career in publishing to provide her expertise to TR Construction. Linda works with customers from their first call to the completion of their projects, providing friendly, knowledgeable customer service. She performs countless administrative functions, including preparing guarantees, and also assists with sales.

Susan Bravo, Assistant Office Manager
Before joining TR Construction 10 years ago, Susan was in the advertising industry. Many of the skills she learned in that field have proved valuable at TR Construction, where she focuses on customer service and sales. Her lengthy tenure, coupled with Linda's, provides customers with continuity and familiarity, even if it's been years between calls.

John Abalos, Project Manager
Tony's right hand in the field started his career in the corporate sector after earning a business degree. Five years ago, John was hired as a roofer; he wanted to have firsthand experience up on roofs before entering the management ranks. Today, he's involved with sales, serves as the liaison between crews and customers, and is responsible for ensuring that all job details are properly executed.
